Kusadasi
Kusadasi, was a small fishermen's village many years ago but todat it is a beautiful resort town located along the Aegean Shores on the West of Turkey. Kusadasi means 'Bird Island' this name comes from a little island on the water and once upon a time there were a lot of pigeons on the island, now connected to the mainland by a causeway. Many cruise ships on the Aegean Greek islands circuit stop at Kusadasi port so passengers can tour Ephesus. The pleasant, easy atmosphere which made iı popular in the 1970s is a long gone, even though Kusadasi still has some business serving farmers, beekeepers and fishers who still make-up an ever-dwindling portion of the town's population. Kusadasi is also one the most favorite destinations for travellers and holiday makers.
